2) Look at your partner's whole annotated bibliography;
- go back to their topic proposal and see what their paper is going to be about (the issue, the argument, the rhetorical situation, etc.)
- evaluate if the bibliography they have pulled together allows to give a range of perspectives on the issue or is lacking something
- comment on what works or what needs improvements,. and, ideally, provide suggestions on how to go about the improvments.
